英語の勉強を効率よくするために、英語に慣れる必要があります。
日本人がいつまでも英語を話せないのは、英語を日本語に変換して理解しようと考える学校教育が原因なのだそうです。
しかし、過去の英語教育に文句を言っても仕方がないのでさっさと勉強し直すしかありません。
そのために、まずは日本人が使うカタカナ英語から脱却する必要があります。
ネイティブが使用している言葉の基礎中の基礎となる簡単な単語を学ぶには、「英英辞書」が役立つと聞いたので早速購入してみました。
この英英辞書の良いところは、小さな子供でも理解しやすいようにイメージ画像と一緒に800語の言葉を調べることができると言う点です。
ちょっと幼過ぎる感じの本ですが、正しい発音が聞けるCDも付いているので親切です。
しばらくの間は、この本を片手に勉強を続けてみようと思います。
