長年の悩みだった「しもやけ」を克服

冬本番になり関東でも気温が一桁台の日が増えてきました。

私は長年、手足の指に「しもやけ」が発生するので冬が大嫌いなのですが、昨年から状態が良くなっています。

しもやけは、手足の血行不良が原因と言われており、手の冷たい私は普通の人よりも気を付けないといけません。

しかし、この数年で運動する習慣を復活させ、部屋の隙間を埋めて防寒対策したりすることで長年の悩みだったしもやけを克服することができました。

今思えば、寒いのを我慢して過ごしていたのもありますが、我慢のし過ぎは禁物です。

エアコンの風向きは真下に設定すると足元から効率よく部屋を暖めることができるので、使い方次第で節電は可能なんですね。

ちょっと面倒ですがエアコンの使用時はサーキュレーターという扇風機を回して部屋全体を効率よく温めるようにすると、設定温度が低めでも意外と大丈夫みたい。

今年の初めに頑張った防寒対策が効果を発揮しているようです↓

そんなわけで、室温20℃くらいをキープするようにしています。

とは言え、これから寒さが本格化するので油断は禁物。

入浴の時は入浴剤のバブを使って、なるべく体全体が温まるように湯船にじっくりと浸かって温かく過ごすしかないですね。

毎年、冬は寒さで気力・体力ともに低迷しがちなのですが、どうにか克服したい。

とりあえず午前中の運動習慣は手足を温かくするのに役立つので、冬の寒さに強くなれるように温活の一環として継続していこうと思います。

Overcoming long-standing problem of frostbite

Now that winter is in full swing, the number of days with temperatures in the single digits has increased even in the Kanto region.

I have had frostbite on my fingers and toes for many years, so I hate winter, but since last year my condition has improved.

Frostbite is said to be caused by poor blood circulation in the hands and feet, so I have to be more careful than other people because I have cold hands.

However, over the past few years, I have revived the habit of exercising, and by filling in gaps in my room to protect myself from the cold, I was able to overcome the frostbite that had been bothering me for many years.

Now that I think about it, I had to put up with the cold, but don’t overdo it.

If you set the wind direction of the air conditioner directly downward, you can efficiently heat the room from your feet, so it is possible to save electricity depending on how you use it.

It’s a little troublesome, but when using the air conditioner, if you use a fan called a circulator to heat the entire room efficiently, even if the temperature is set low, it seems to work surprisingly well.

It seems that the cold weather measures that I worked hard at the beginning of this year are showing an effect ↓

That’s why I try to keep the room temperature around 20°C.

That said, the cold weather is about to get serious, so don’t let your guard down.

When you take a bath, you can only use the bath salt Bub and soak yourself in the bathtub so that your whole body will be warm as much as possible.

Every year, the cold weather tends to lower both my energy and physical strength, but I want to somehow overcome it.

For the time being, the habit of exercising in the morning is useful for keeping my hands and feet warm, so I will continue to do so as part of my warm-up activities so that I can become stronger against the cold in winter.
