今日からホエイプロテインを飲み始める

今日からホエイプロテインを飲み始めました。

まとめてたくさん買い過ぎてしまったソイプロテインをついに使い切ることができたので、ちょっとした達成感があります。

今度のプロテインは、少々値段が高いですが体内への吸収効率が良いと評判の加水分解タイプです。

2.3ｋｇの大きなボトルに入っており、ダイナミックな雰囲気はさすが海外のブランドという感じですね。

冷蔵庫に入れて保管したいところですが、さすがにこの大きさは無理。

こんな感じの小さめのプラスチック容器に1週間分くらいの量を移して使うことにしました。

今回、私はグルメチョコレート味を選択しましたが、そのお味は思った以上に甘かった・・・。

しかし、今まで飲んでいたソイプロテインのように、飲んだ後のお腹にガスが溜まるような苦しさがありませんでした。

ですから、これからは朝の運動後も快適に仕事ができそうな予感があります。

プロテインなんてどれも一緒だから安いものを大量に購入しようと思っていましたが、良いものはやっぱり良いということです。

あとは、筋肉量も良い感じで増えてくれれば最高ですね。

Start drinking whey protein today

I started taking whey protein today.

I finally used up the soy protein that I bought too much in bulk, so I feel a little sense of accomplishment.

This protein is a hydrolyzed type that is reputed to have good absorption efficiency into the body, although it is a little expensive. It’s in a big 2.3kg bottle, and the dynamic atmosphere is like an overseas brand.

I’d like to put it in the refrigerator and store it, but this size is impossible.

I decided to transfer the amount for about a week to a small plastic container like this and use it.

This time, I chose the gourmet chocolate flavor, which was sweeter than I expected.
