急な寒暖差で体調管理が難しい今日この頃。
今朝は、激しい暴風雨の音であまり良く眠れませんでした。
しかも、なんとなく風邪を引きそうな予感で喉の辺りがイガイガしています。
そんなわけで、予防のために風邪薬の「改元錠」を飲んでいますが、私にはあんまり効かないっぽいです。
これ以上悪化しないように、今夜はもう眠ることにします。

Premonition of a cold! I took a modified lock for prevention, but it doesn’t seem to work very well.
Nowadays, it is difficult to manage physical condition due to sudden temperature difference.
I couldn’t sleep very well this morning due to the sound of a heavy storm.
What’s more, the area around my throat is sick with the premonition that I might catch a cold.
That’s why I’m taking the cold medicine “Kaigen Tablets” for prevention, but it doesn’t seem to work very well for me.
I’m going to sleep tonight so that it doesn’t get any worse.
