確定申告の書類を作っていた時に見覚えのないカードの年会費の支払い履歴を見つけました。
よく調べてみると、16年前に作ったゴールドカードの年会費でした。
ゴールドカードは一般的に空港ラウンジを利用できるとか、国内旅行や海外旅行の際の保険に加入できるとか特典があります。
私が持っているゴールドカードも同じような感じです。
しかし、この1年以上はCOVID-19のせいで海外旅行はもちろん国内旅行も気軽に楽しめなくなっています。
来年の今頃にはまたゴールドカードの年会費が請求されますし、過去に一度も使っていないゴールドカードなので解約しようかと考えています。
使っていないクレジットカードを何枚も持っているのは、あまり良くないことだと誰かから聞いたことがあります。
他にもゴールドカードを持っているので、とりあえず明日の朝には結論を出そうかな。

Should I have a gold card in a world where traveling is difficult?
When I was making the tax return documents, I found a payment history of the annual membership fee of a card I did not recognize.
Upon closer inspection, it was the annual membership fee for the gold card I made 16 years ago.
Gold cards generally have benefits such as access to airport lounges and insurance for domestic and international travel.
The gold card I have is similar.
However, for the past year or more, COVID-19 has made it difficult to enjoy not only overseas travel but also domestic travel.
By this time next year, I will be billed for the annual membership fee of the gold card again, and I am thinking of canceling it because it is a gold card that I have never used in the past.
I’ve heard from someone that having multiple unused credit cards isn’t very good.
I also have a gold card, so I think I’ll come to a conclusion tomorrow morning.
