8月から契約した楽天モバイルのポケットWi-Fiを解約しました。
9月以降、楽天モバイルのアンリミテッドⅦにプランが移行され３GBまで月額980円で使えるようになりました。
１GBまで無料の旧プランで十分な私にとって、ポケットWi-Fiを使わなくても過ごすことができるようになったんですね。
当初は、Wi-Fi接続にしか対応しない英会話教材のロボットにポケットWi-Fiを使おうと思っていましたが、4Gなので通信速度が遅くイライラするため嫌気がさしたという理由もあります。
ポケットWi-Fiだろうが遅いものは遅い。
もっと言えば、楽天モバイルのポケットWi-Fiはバッテリー容量が少なくて使いたい時に残量が少なくて満足に使えないということもありましたし。
楽天モバイルは2022年3月頃には私の自宅周辺も5G通信エリアとする予定ではありますが、ポケットWi-Fiに関しては使いにくいので解約することにしました。
Wi-Fiの本体価格5,000円、これはもう仕方なく支払うしかないですね。

Canceled Rakuten Mobile Pocket Wi-Fi
I canceled Rakuten Mobile’s pocket Wi-Fi that I contracted from August.
Since September, the plan has been transferred to Rakuten Mobile’s Unlimited VII, and you can now use up to 3GB for 980 yen per month.
For me, the old plan, which was free up to 1GB, was enough for me, so now I can spend my time without using a pocket Wi-Fi.
At first, I was thinking of using pocket Wi-Fi for the English conversation teaching robot that only supports Wi-Fi connection, but I was disgusted because the communication speed was slow because it was 4G, which was frustrating.
Pocket Wi-Fi is slow, but slow.
More to the point, Rakuten Mobile’s pocket Wi-Fi has a low battery capacity, and when I want to use it, the remaining amount is low and I can’t use it satisfactorily.
Rakuten Mobile plans to have a 5G communication area around my house around March 2022, but I decided to cancel the pocket Wi-Fi because it is difficult to use.
Wi-Fi unit price is 5,000 yen, so I have no choice but to pay.
