ルイボスティー最高！水筒男子で飲み物代を節約

先週から仕事場に水筒を持参することにしました。

マイボトルを使うことでペットボトルのゴミを減らすことが出来ますし、自動販売機で飲み物を購入するお金の節約になります。

水筒男子という言葉が流行りましたが、私の水筒の中身はこのようなルイボスティーです。

ルイボスティーは、ルイボスポリフェノールという健康や美容のために役立つ成分が含まれています。

１回当たりティーパックを２袋使うのですが、これで約１リットルのルイボスティーをたったの２０円で作れます。

お湯を沸かしたり、水筒を洗ったりするのは少し面倒ですが大した手間ではありません。

自分で作るルイボスティーは、ホットでもアイスでも自由に飲めるのが良いですね。

Rooibos is the best! Save on drinks with boys in water bottles

I decided to bring a water bottle to my workplace from last week.

By using My Bottle, you can reduce the amount of garbage in PET bottles and save money on purchasing drinks from vending machines.

The word “boys” has become popular, but the contents of my water bottle are rooibos tea.

Rooibos tea contains rooibos polyphenols, an ingredient that is beneficial for health and beauty.

I use two tea bags at a time, and with this I can make about 1 liter of rooibos tea for only 20 yen.

Boil water or wash a water bottle is a bit of a hassle, but it’s not a big deal.

Rooibos tea that you make yourself should be free to drink hot or iced.
