相変わらず取引先の社長と私の認識のズレを感じています。
私は現在、フリーランスとして働いているわけですが、その取引先の社長にとっては業務委託と言えど社員の一人という認識です。
ですから、社長は会社にとって必要な仕事については何でも私にやってもらいたいと考えている。
サラリーマンと言えども雇用契約があるわけですが、私はまだ契約書すら交わしていない状態です。
どんな仕事をどのようなクオリティでいつまでに完了させるのか？
いつも曖昧な関係性で私のことを拘束しようとし、安い単価で労働力を得ようとしている社長。
早いところ、この搾取され続けている状態から抜け出さなくてはいけません。

I’m freelance, not an employee
I still feel the difference in recognition between the president of the business partner and me.
I am currently working as a freelancer, but the president of that business partner recognizes that it is one of the employees, even if it is an entrustment.
So the president wants me to do whatever the company needs.
Even office workers have employment contracts, but I haven’t even signed a contract yet.
What kind of work will be completed with what quality and by when?
The president who always tries to restrain me with an ambiguous relationship and tries to get a labor force at a low unit price.
At an early stage, we must get out of this state of continued exploitation.
