ある人のメルマガを読んでいて、「社長＝人格者ではない」と言うようなことが書いてありました。
社長だから何でもかんでもパーフェクトにこなせると言うのは、確かにちょっと考えにくい。
人間なので誰でも得意なことや不得意なことがあるはずです。
例えば、今日は仕事のLINEグループで業務連絡をした取引先の若い社長。
会ってみると、とってもフレンドリーな感じの人ですが、LINEのやり取りではすごくぶっきらぼうな感じの印象になります。
言葉の受取手にとっては、喧嘩になってしまいそうな文面でヒヤヒヤします。
まあ、それでも社長として務まっているのでしょうからきっと問題はないのでしょう。
私も近々、社長をやる予定なので欠点などあまり気にせずにドーンとやってみようと思えるようになりました。
今日は、なんだかホッと一安心した気分です。

Relieved by the fact that “President = not a personality”
When I was reading a person’s e-mail newsletter, it was written that he said, “President = not a person with personality.”
It’s certainly a little hard to think that he can handle everything perfectly because he is the president.
As a human being, everyone should have some strengths and weaknesses.
For example, today is the young president of a business partner who made business contact with the LINE group at work.
When I meet him, he is a very friendly person, but when I interact with LINE, I get the impression that he is very blunt.
For the recipient of the words, the text is likely to be a quarrel.
Well, I’m sure there is no problem because I’m still working as president.
I’m planning to become president soon, so I’ve come to think that I’ll try it without worrying too much about the shortcomings.
I feel relieved today.
